Didnt even open the garage this weekend, it rained.....

Got you beat there...haven't driven the Mustang in a couple to three weeks now.

Did get the new tires for the TA though today at lunch. Hoping to put them back on this evening so I can get it off stands. :steer

It'll take forever with a wire wheel.

Heat it up with a heat gun then scrape it off with a puddy knife or some other form of scraper that you can keep flat and not dig into the metal.

thanks, yep, thats exactly what I did.

I got my front bumper on, installed bulkheads for the a/c and heater hoses, and a few other misc items under the dash. Now I can install the Vintage Air and wiring harness.

Drove Red to the coast for some half & half green chile and artichoke soup at a small tavern in Pescadero.

Those do look nice, let us know how well they fit. The aluminum one fit like, ugh well you know, like a cheap china part. Had to keep my comments family friendly.

Will do. I have been wanting a pair of these every since they came out but was waiting on a price break. Like you said the cheap ones are junk. I could've used chewing gum wrappers and accomplished the same thing.

Shock off the rust and broke out the card... Watts linkage from Shaun is coming my way. It's been three years since I bought anything for the mustang and you know it feels good :yah :yah

So what are you planning with it? Looking t it is making me confused... I thought I was seeing the back of the block but the exhaust is then shooting out the front? And what is on the lower left?

Just another one of my crazy ideas. Its gonna be my hillbillized 4WD turbocharged Modular 32 valve 68 Mustang Convertable. Got a long way to go but I'm gonna fire up the plasma cutter and welder after I repair my daughter's 08 Mustang. I still have to find a tranny and a piggyback for the ECM.

Got my new Dynacorn Stainless Steel sill put in today. They have a much better finish IMO. The cheap aluminum ones are a bright silvery looking while the S.S. ones are more of a deeper, subdued metal finish.. They also weigh about 4 times that of the cheap ones.(cheap one on the top)

As far as the fit ..they fit very well. I had to bend the "ears" on the front and back down just a tad. No biggie.

This is the cheap one. Only a few years old and scratched and bent from Very little foot traffic.

All in all I would say worth every penny to get these. They look so much better IMO.

Picked up the stang from the paint shop. Need to drive it a few days before I remove all the wiring out to fix some issues.
