Some stuff I seen at the cruise tonight

Where the F are th pics of the Mach/grabber/Boss at the show?

Here some pics I got today...the grainy ones my kid took today with his cellphone....

A buddy just started as the internet sales manager at an Audi store, there was this lambo and a Ferrari F430 sitting there, father and son's cars....

Tonight we went to an SVT club show. There were about a dozen Mercury Marauders, pretty cool the way they lined them up.

I was VERY schocked when we won the Mustang class, there were two very nice early Shelbys, including the Hertz above. It was the first show that my son came to with me, he really liked it. I think he would have sat in the car the whole time, just so people would know it was HIS car. He asked about a dozen times if he could go put something in the car, or get something out of the glovebox. He wouldnt go up by himself to get the award or I would have grabbed a picture. He did take the award and held it all the way home. When we got home he wanted to hang it up along with the other awards that have been sitting on the kitchen table for the last month... Then he sent text messages to his friends.... I think I had as much fun watching him as I did showing the car.

Probably half dozen SHELBY comments today about the car. For the life of me I can't figure out what the hell it is about the car that makes people think SHELBY. One dude asked if it was real or a clone, to which I replied its a REAL '68.......

Quick question though, since the paint was a custom mix, can I name it? I get a lot of questions about it, and I'm not really sure what to tell people.

You can't just make up a name because you're not a painter. I'll name it for you.

ShelbyClone Green Poly.

Oh yeah, I got a new DD today as well.......

Its an '06 M35. Really clean, low miles pretty much all the goodies but Navi.

Very nice! It looks like it has the Sport (S) package too with those wheels and the silver interior accents vs the wood, right?

Interior is black with the silver accents and the grey/silver headliner. I believe it is the sport with the 19's on it, but it doesn't have the S on the decklid. Really wasnt looking for another black car, but I liked the looks of this one and it had all the gadgets I was looking for.

I don't think they put the S on the decklid until '07, same with the G. I am extra jealous of your new DD, probably my favorite "normal" car.

Well , youve got a very cool car and people recognize that.
Second , yes , its is big fun to watch you son doing things so people see that this is "his" car !!!!!!!
Got one for myself and he acted the same as yours .
About the color, name it : " your sons name" racing green !!!! ( like british racing green )

Congrats on the win. Always nice.

The '55 Crown Vick is sweet..........think that is what I would have if not a Mustang, '55 or '56,,,
