I would install the doors first, this will influence the rest of the front end sheet metal fit. The door to quarter and door to rocker lines will help you set the doors right. If the doors are empty, you'll need to account about 1/8-1/4" for the door dropping. I would recommend that once you set the doors, go ahead and put the doors together before doing the front sheet metal. This will allow you to get the best door fit. It's 100 times easier to adjust the doors without the fenders on.
Once the doors are right, fenders can go on, put the headlight extensions on before setting the fenders on the car. As mentioned, leave everything loose. Put the grille support/filler panel on and then set the hood on the car to see where you are. I like to put the front bumper brackets and bumper on before the front valence as it allows easy access to all the areas for adjustment. Front valence goes on last and then final adjustments can be made with everything before locking down the bolts.
