That top picture was photoshopped. Look at the shadow (or lack thereof) and the smoke.
Look at shadow under the car and the shadow of the trees.
I am not sure the "hill crest" would allow that kind of ground clearing jump within the speeds the car could be doing.

I have done some serious flying over hills on Iowa roads and it takes a heck of a lot of speed and a sharp drop to become airborne.
