So we drove down to Austin Texas today with a newly bought hub cap for someone that lives around here. I just can't remember who it is. This age thing is getting bad.

Mikey: watch out for the flash floods in the Hill Country.
We will just be heading north of there tomorrow. Had a great Italian dinner with Kelly. We drove through that big rain on the way here.

That's why we like Mike's photos.....I share Mike's.photos with my wife. Saved me thousands, in sight seeing air fares. But she would like to know who the bald guy is in all of them.

Only took one pic and I don't have the connection wires right now. Yesterday was bad just southwest of here. 13 dead and 20+ missing small kids from a summer camp.

Very Heavy rain leaving Austin. Rest of trip to Fredericksburg on and off. Detoured to Lockhart for BBQ.

Well you will be happy to know there will be no further threats of visits. We are home. As for that pie. Well after sitting on the side of the road in 115 degree heat and the crows, one of which I killed for ya, at speed, the pie was no more. Go buy one of those frozen ones at Costco.
