Where is everyone????

honestly... I just "joined" this site a couple months ago. I barely visit. Not much activity and most seems to be off topic, jokes and stuff. Which is fine. But I like to be able to post a question and get help or a response. The few that I have posted here don't get much action. I will stick with the "other" forum, and check this occasionally

It has been my experience here and on the other forum that the info there is a mixed bag of good valid info and some off base info. I left there for that reason and a couple others.

Yes we have been a bit slow of late, but I check it daily and if there is a question I can answer correctly and the answer is not already there I will.

The off topic stuff makes me smile so that by itself makes this place better by far than any other forum I am a member of.

The fact that I can check this site quickly is a bonus. One forum I am a member of takes hours to get through all the new posts. Most of the time I don't even read them. So many of the same old questions asked a different way and the moderators are stupid harsh.

So, for a kicked back experience, this is the place. Life just gets in the way from time to time.

Seems to me that all the activity on nearly all of the automotive boards that I visit has dropped dramatically.
 
im waving, but only coz im drowning.
This country is finally going through the depression that the USA seems to be coming out of.
Life is getting awful hard and it doesnt look like it will be improving for quite a while.
