Well, after 5 years, the 'Stang finally has paint again. That means its time to start putting it back together. While its still on the rotisserie, I want to get things done that will be easier while I can still turn it on its side. Here are the things I can think of before I sit it on the suspension:

-Wiring
-Brake lines
-Fuel lines

Now, what else should I be thinking about before it hits suspension and is no longer on the rotisserie?

Looking Great Brian!! :thum

How about hanging the rear portion of the exhaust? Easier now than snaking it over the rear end.

Nice color. Have you painted or detailed the underside as you want?

Yep, the underside has all the color it's getting.

Good thinking John. I'll put that on the list.

You know I'm GREATLY jealous...you've got paint!! You, Mark, Ryan everybody's gotten paint and here I sit, STILL doing work to get there. Oh well, soon...soon! Can't wait to see some more progress shots now!

p.s. I do plan on having the underside of mine done this week. I've spent 10 hours so far this past week underneath it and just about ready to spray! I'll get pics when I do. MAJOR stepping stone for me!

That's some nice paint Brian, if you are adding frame connectors this may be a good time?

Looks good... wet sand and polish the lower section while on the rotiserie will be a lot easier. Also a good time to undercoat the wheel wells and tops of the front fenders (prevent stone damage).

I applied a brush on sound deadener up under the rear and front wheel wells on Shag. You could consider doing this at least on the rear wells while the car is on the BBQ spit.
