Waiting sucks.

I can't really mess with Gert anymore until I get the engine out which will probably be next Saturday. :(

I have to wait for the guy to drop off the crane (and fenders and air compressor) & wait till Harbor Freight gets my engine stand in stock on Wednesday.
Of course before I remove the engine, I have to get Gert turned around so her nose it facing the street so there's room to get it out.
Can't mess with the cowl anymore until I can take the export brace off & engine out.

UGH!!!

Patience, my dear. It took me 7 months just to remove the undercoating beneath Midlife before I took the car off the road. That 7 months was working every weekend day. After the car was down, it was 5 years before it was back on the road. If you work too fast and too hard, you burn out and the car will sit and sit and sit. Better to take your time, enjoy the effort, and be patient.

I was doing that yesterday. Sitting on the floor 'driving' and yelling VROOOM VROOOOOM. Hubby even got a picture of me doing it. :hide

Wow, didn't realize you were so short. You might want to RAISE the seat pan.

I have the famed lawn chair. I think I may need to send it to you, but you have to send it back when I disassemble Ed!

Hehehehe

I'm short... I'm 5'3!

Taller than my wife. She's only 4' 11. I can't ride in her truck. She pulls the bench seat all the way up and I end up swallowing my own knees.
