Thanks to a friend with a great shop, my FB is going to spend some time there. It beats trying to do it in my garage. So new pics are posted and the work starts ASAP. I'll keep you posted on the progress.

Thats a great color! Any estimate on how long it will be?

I noticed in that last picture on the flatbed they ran the straps through the wheels. When mine went to the exhaust shop the driver started to do that and I just shook my head and said "nope"....

That wasn't a problem. He put pads between them. Beats what happened to a friend of mine last Summer. He had his car towed and wasn't watching really carefully. Somehow the guy didn't hook it up right, slammed on the brakes due to a guy running a red light, and his 'Stang ended up with the front end completely crunched! It cost the towing company about $8,000!

I'm hoping to send it to the upholsterer about March or so.

Stan, the only bad thing I can say about your car, is that it will make ours look "shabby"

Beautiful paint!!

Thanks Dave and Mark. Yes I was totally blown away at the color once they did the clear coat. The choosing of the color took me about 8 months!

Awesome, Stan. I know things will definitely get done over at Chuck's shop.

Let the Nor Cal crew know when we should meet there for an assembly party!!!

BTW , it is a very , very nice color and with chrome , it will stand out! Garanteed!

Watch out for those guys !

That is Chuck Wilten's car. He's the one helping me. He's had it for about 32 years. It's unbelievable. Ask any of the NorCal guys.
