A little cool out, could have been a more sunny, but drove Wingnut to a Logan's to grab lunch, of course we were sitting at a window so I could see it, just in case some curious people may happen wander out to look at it a look at the before photo on the dash! Nothing exciting, but always nice to drive my stang! I love my little Wingnut, it's awesome! ; )

Great job and great looking car. I'm always excited to see an owner doing so much of the work themselves. It really pays off when you see people on the street giving you the thumbs up!

Loving the new seats too!

I love the new seats! They do sit a tad higher than my previous seats and don't seem to go as far back in the slider adjustment. I can get the seats lower maybe by a 1/2" by a minor adjustment in how the seats are bolted to the seat track. On Gary's side ( i drive ) the seat reclines ( both recline) easily to allow a more relaxed position for him. Despite these minor things, the seats are just downright nice!! ; )

Car looks Great Dne'!

We should really find time to get some of the Houston area members together with their Stangs sometime....maybe pick a somewhat central location.

I know Sluggo is down south and I am up north, guess you are somewhat between the two points.
 
A Houston meet = ; )

I have been meaning to pm you regarding where your side of Houston gets together. So now that you brought this subject to light, it would be nice to meet you and anyone else. Right now isn't the greatest time due to the holidays and crappy weather! So maybe when it's just a little nicer weather we could pull off a stangfix and whomsover get together!! :yah

I've been thinking for a while we need to get everyone together. However, you are right about this time of year being crazy.

In addition to the Holidays, the boys are doing a baseball tryout this weekend (if the weather allows it), we are taking them to the Hunter Pence baseball camp this Sunday and I may have just lined them up for another tryout for a team that I've been swapping e-mails with their coach.

Most of the car meets seem to have slowed down right now. Nifty 50's pretty much shuts down in late October and doesn't get going again till the spring. Honestly, I don't care too much for that one...too many people and you can get stuck there for a long time if the crowd gets heavy.

I like one small group that meets near me. During the summer they were meeting the second and fourth Saturdays but during the winter months they scale it back to just the second Saturday of the month. Of course that one is on Rayford road so it would be a long drive for those of you further south than me.

I try to drive mine at least once a week...doesn't always happen but I try.... :steer
