SWMBO and Cancer

Sorry to hear this Mel. Amber and her loved ones are in my prayers and thoughts.
Keep your mind on "the prognosis is good."

I just thought those that know Amber should know. She can use all the prayers she can get.

Sorry to hear about the bad news for Amber and your family. Please send her our best and that she's in our thoughts. Positive ones! This is VERY treatable cancer!
 
Mel, my grandmother had breast cancer surgery, along with radiation and chemo in 1973. She had a recurrance in 1975 that everyone thought was the end. She had more surgery and treatment in 1976. All of this treatment was with 1970's technology. This past thursday, she cooked dinner for 14 people at age 86. There is reason for lots of hope and optimism for Amber. Please tell her my grandmothers' story.
 
Thanks for all the positive thoughts..... I know this is treatable, we go to see the surgeon today at 2:30PM. We will know so much more after this is appointment.

I will just want to be here for her over the next year.
