Somebody explain to me...

...the best way to get tv feeds when I eliminate my $80 directv bill. I know using an HD antenna will get some local channels but what is the deal with using your computer or this Google tv thing? I don't watch but a couple hours a week at most but want to get the sports, Discover channel, History channel, FoxNews, and a few other things.

And an antenna for locals.

My Directv isn't that much...WTF do you have?

I just have basic package and sometimes there is too many channels.

In the summer when I am gone, SWMBO doesn't watch it at all, so I may just disconnect it then.
