Actually I am re-educating myself on sending unit adjustments so we can resolve KBMWRS's incorrect gas gauge reading issue this coming xmas week.

There's another way to adjust tank readings without futzing with the sending unit. On the back of the CVR is a trim pot which can be turned one way or another to adjust the level of the "constant" voltage. This affects the fuel, oil, and water temperature gauges simultaneously. The one gauge that needs accurate measurements is the fuel; the oil and water normal levels that change simply need to be now thought of as "normal"."cmayna" said:Reading 1/4 tank low. Meaning with a full tank, it reads 3/4. Blah, Blah, Blah.
