Well, today is the last day of Classic Mustang ownership for us. We started playing with Mustangs only in '99, but always had something "old" around since I started driving in 1965. Been thru motorcycles, trucks, cars, and who knows what else (even had classic bicycles for a while). Kind of a sad day....but also happy because the car is going to a good home. Never thought this day would come as I always said I would never get out of classics......but some medical issues tend to change things. Yes, I could "tough it out" but that is not what will work best for both of us as I have to be able to deal with my wife's issues and help her. Me being laid up makes it real difficult.....
Anyway, the car gets transferred around 4pm today and will have a nice run to it's new home. The new owner is flying in and after some pointers on the car, it will head north on Sunday. Keep your eyes out if near the north bound routes from Fl. to Ky., you just might spot it.
As I said, sad but happy.........but I refuse to leave this nut house.
