Removing Mach 1 Shaker Setup

I'm looking at buying an '03 Mach 1 but I hate that shaker setup Ford put on them. I want to take all that off and run a plain "V6" hood. I have the hood I need.

What's involved in removing the Mach 1 intake system and "converting" it to "ordinary" GT setup?
