OK, OK, rather than continue hijacking the other thread, I'll post the pics the seller sent me of my new toy...

It's one of 92 built that year, only 12 of which were Red. Last year for the special seats too...

I also noticed it's riding on R Comps. Does that mean you will be joining us at HPT next year or are you gonna putz around the cones?

Nice purchase!

This ride needs some track time!!!

Congrats. Post more pics when you it's in your hands.

That lower rear wing looks like the one on my old 84GT.

Hmmm...got me then. The wheels didn't look familiar from Saleens I remember, and the "92" number doesn't jive with any production numbers on the Saleen Owners website.
I'm guessing it's got some great possibilities for fun though...have been thinking about something in this approx. year range as an autoX or basic track car for some time myself.

I guess technically, the number could be 102 that year if you include the SC models... ;)

I've been racking my brain figuring out what's going on. Am I mistaken on the armrest being pre-'90? Now that I'm thinking about it I'm guessing '91 was when it was put in instead of '90 being when it was taken out. '89 to '90 was the steering wheel and speedometer and '90 to '91 was the addition of the armrest.

Never mind me guys. I'm just thinking out loud.
