the 2011 Bathurst Touring Car Masters race down in Australia, where a slight tap from another competitor sent a ‘68 Mustang careening into a wall at high speed. And no, that will not buff out.

correct they don't. It was the first year for collapsible column.

so it was a RHD conversion, man that hit the wall hard.
thanks for the links too by the way. I wish they would televise this in the US. Much better than NASCAR. They really trashed some vintage iron but it's so cool to see them racing!!!

For those who dont know, the Touring Car Masters is made up of touring cars of the pre-1976 era, muscle cars from Falcon GT's, Mustangs, Camaros, Chrysler Chargers, Holden Monaros, Holden Toranas and Porsche 911 RS's.
Classic hero cars with modern improvements, such as disc brakes, dry-sumped engines and radial tyres.
