Oh crap!!!!!!!

I went out into the garage this morning and as soon as I walked in I could tell something wasnt quite right. The big plastic tub that I store my x-mas tree in fell thru, actually the sheetrock broke. It doesnt look like it hit the car, other than the piece leaning up against it. I havent even cleaned it up yet because I'm afraid what I might find...........&@%#^!

The PO had repaired the ceiling once before and the tote had been in the same spot the 6 years or so that I have lived here. Everything else in the attic is on plywood across the joists, luckily.

The car is insured and no one was hurt, so thats a good thing. Just sucks......

Have you looked behind that a piece of the ceiling leaning on the door?? :yikes

That was the first place I looked. I leaned it forward and then set it back so I could take a picture. I cleaned everything up and there are a couple scratches, fortunately nothing thru the clear.

Man, what a difference a couple of feet make.I think I'll climb up in my attic this afternoon and see what's over mine.

OH man that SUCKS Rick. Can you buff the scratches out ?

Yeah, I think they will. Car needs to go to the painter to touch up a couple scratches I put in it when I was reassemblying anyway.

Phew, you are a lucky man, seems like the good luck is going around!

Whew, that was too close for comfort! Glad it wasn't worse!

I just got home from NY and found my left rear tire is flat. Does that count as bad luck?!

Aw crap...I meant atheist.

If you don't believe in God, then one doesn't need to celebrate Christmas. No Christmas, no tree stored in the attic above the car.

.....also, if there is no attic, there is no place for the tree to be placed and wait to fall......

or if you have an attic, don't store shite on the sheetrock....set it across the rafters like normal folks :crazy
