Sorry. Been busy. Let’s update and get you guys caught up.

This is how we addressed the water issues. I had some water getting in from the roof also. Contractor found a few mistakes and got them. We’ve had some heavy rain and it’s been dry since. Finally ready to start moving things in.

They just finished this up this evening. Wife is ready to start filling it up.
