New parts are nice....

Got an order in from NPD today.......wooohooo

Pony door light for drivers door....need to cut the hole since the pass. door has the light.
Front bumper corner brackets and mounting hardware......missing in action
Quarter window front edge seals....dried and busted.
Tail light lens gaskets....lens fit to loose.
Pony keys just because
Carpeted Floor mats with logo
Disc brake pedal pad with stainless trim......cleaned the gas pedal trim also.
Fog light switch but they just sent the bezel and knob.....new switch on the way and will return the knob/bezel.
Windshield gasket.....can get rid of three rock chips.
...plus a couple items for others here locally.

I have an order from NPD that should be here today or tomorrow. I ordered it yesterday at 4:15 so if it made the truck last night it will be here today. I usually get an email though so I think it'll be tomorrow.

Unfortunately I don't think my wife will let me in the garage with my back hurt. She doesn't even want me at work today. I can't stand it, home all day, but not allowed in the garage. You all KNOW there is stuff you can still do on a car with a sore back that won't hurt it any more than it does already. Women just don't get it.

The existing windshield has three chips in the passenger side. Wife wants them gone so I ordered a new rubber seal so I can get a new glass installed with no problems. These two are just inside the wiper line and there is a very small one more towards center. The windshield also shows a lot of micro chips from just being driven in traffic......

I live with constant pain in the back. The last two weeks, it has been real bad. A couple days, I just sat and did not move unless I had to. Then, I feel just a bit better and I go out and do some little thing like vacuum the car and lay in floor mats.....back to the chair for some rest again. Wife says after 30+ years of a bad back....I should know better so it is my fault. Oh well.....gotta put on the parts.

In some catalogs they are just door courtesy lights.......they came with the Pony Interior on the '65/'66 models. Mount towards the rear, lower corner of the door.

This car was an original pony interior car but the drivers door has been changed somewhere in its life and the light was never installed. I think they are the only thing left from the pony interior.......
