Welcome to the funny farm, great looking color on the car & truck!!

The truck is more of a burnt chevy orange color. The stang is a dark burgundy with pearls/metallic flakes. Guess I need to put them side by side and take a better pic. It's supposed to snow/sleet tomorrow so it will have to wait a bit...lol. I'll get one next week when the weather is a little better.

Welcome to the bright side. :craz (I don't know, thought something other than the dark side would be nice. LoL)

Anywho, any mods required to get the 5.0 beast in the '66 comfortably?

Only real mod is to get another transmission cross-member to hold the aod. I used the timing cover that came with the 5.0 HO and drilled the hold for the front oil dipstick then plugged the hole that is in the side of the block where the original oil dipstick would be. I also used a new elect. fuel pump with a regulator that Phil sent me. I did try to do the efi part, but failed. I was using a Linc. MK7 computer/wiring harness. I think I will go back and try it using a mustang computer/harness. It runs very well with the 600 Edelbrock/Weiand intake on there for now so no rush on the efi. Since the fuel pump and return line (plumbed into the tank drain on a new fuel tank) is already done, it should not be very hard to finish up the efi part when I do start it again.
