Need some advice

I've been wanting to sell a few shares of stock in my ESP to fund some expensive parts on the 67. Right now the stock price is lower than I would like, but with the current tax rates I may be ahead to sell now. Anybody with some solid advice on this?

Even without reading this I had already made a move and divested a great many things and currently looking at alternative locations to lose my money in.
