So happy, Amber is now... well Amber! (Burnt Amber) Started at 3:00 PM today and we were finished at 9:30PM. Thanks to my good friend from the local community collage who helped me and allowed me to use their paint booths. VERY HAPPY with the result. Picking Amber up at 8:30 in the morning!!!
 
As I pulled up the forum tonight I noticed the thread title listed on the main page, "MY CAR IS PAINTED!!!". Remembering all of the prep work you've been doing on your car the first thought was of your project. I wasn't sure if it was your post until I opened the page, though I was actually hoping it was. Sure enough! Congrats!! I know you've put in a lot of hard work to get to this point (finally!), and am truly happy for you. It looks GREAT! :thu :thu

Did all my own body work and 80% of the paint. I took a auto body class, The instructor allowed me to use the booth at the school and he helped me. I did the first base coat and he finished it up. We both did the clear.
