Japanese BBQ Chicken

I used to make my own teriyaki sauce. But I've been trying premade sauces and seasonings lately and got some Bachan's Japanese BBQ sauce from Costco. This is some good stuff and makes prep easy peasy. If you haven't tried it, I highly recommend you do.

Chicken thighs are cooked at this point. I just raised the charcoal tray to get bit more char before pulling.

+ some Prawn Hacao and rice and we're good to go.
I don't remember which brand rice, but it was described as a sushi rice grown in CA. I like it way more than Jasmin.
