Well I wasn't making time for the Mustang so I took two days off of work to work on the Mustang. I got most of the wiring done yesterday and finished it this morning.

Jeff Tepper came over today and we finished the rubber fuel line connections, put fluids in, double checked everything and fired it up!!!

It runs so smooth, the new exhaust sounds great and not a single leak to be found!!

It still idles high so I need to do some work on the fast idle settings although not something I know much about.

I actually drove it back in to the garage for the first time in two years!

Thanks Jeff you are a great friend and appreciate your help.

I now have a running Mustang.

Once it cools down I can't wait to check the Tefba filter and see whats in there!

Congrats. You have now joined another well known Mustang that rolls in and out of the garage....

Don't worry Jake, I won't mention any names.

That's a great feeling when you get it running again, Congrats!

I know when I finally got mine running again a few weeks ago it was a really great feeling....I am still working out the bugs but I'm getting there and having an nice / new strong running motor was worth all the crap putting it in caused me. :)

Way to go!
Hope the is NOTHING in the filter!

The 390 club is growing.......

Justin's car is one of the cars I'm really looking forward to seeing pictures of completed. I remember the old color, wasn't too fond of it and never failed to give him crap.... but this new color looks amazing.

I'd love to see "before and after" pictures. Not only for my benefit, but for the benefit of others as the perfect example of how a "simple" color change can completely transform a car.
