Is this a good deal?

I wouldn't buy it, but that's just me. I have no faith when all that you can say is: it needs work.

Price might be a bit high for a car with a 70 model body and 69 fenders and hood. Screams "I've been wrecked" to me.

On second look, it looks like they may have put 69 headlight buckets in the 70 fenders because they still have the 70 side markers.

Some kinda hybrid.

It may be a decent price if it's all there and don't have a bunch of rust.
 
The value is difficult to determine by the limited info/pictures. There is likely a whole lot more rust on the car than is being alluded to. Before rust turns into a hole, the surrounding metal usually gets pretty thin/pitted. So is all of the underside metal thin to the point that there is only one little hole?

$7500 is not really a bad price for the car, regardless of it's issues
