Anyone use an infrared grill?
I bought one this weekend, assembled & seasoned it. Today was the first test - grilled corn-on-the-cob and steaks.....
IT ROCKS!
The corn sat on the "low" 450* side for 25-30 minutes. I warmed the other side up to 700*, seared both sides of the steaks, then dropped the temp down. Steaks were a perfect "medium" in <10 minutes. No flare-ups, no burnt spots, juicy as can be. Perfect!
I think I'm going to like this grill..... :craz
