I miss the CraigsList Challenges...

I miss them, too, but I figure Rick probably tired of it. It had to be a challenge.

I'm sure he wouldn't mind someone else taking up the mantle. Any takers? Anyone? Anyone?

I think Pete should, since it'd be a good way to keep him out of the competition. ;)
 
The problem was that some people could not stay true to the them of the contest and actually "guess" an amount. But instead frantically searched Google for the Craigslist add...

We could probably look at bringing them back, just post the pictures and let users guess, problem is reading the ads are half the fun of the contest and really do help guess a price. All you had to do was take any portion of the ad and google it to find the ad on craigslist.

You know, I always knew that was possible, but figured nobody would actually do it...since it was a game of sport, and not with a real prize associated with it. But I guess you can't put anything past people.

Anyone reading, if you did that? You're a turd.

Yes, that's really why I posted that CL ad. I'm pretty sure that's Nick's project. Even though he lives in Sacramento, he has it listed in the San Francisco CraigsList. I guess he ran out of money, and he's now looking for someone to finance the final paint work. I'll be amazed if someone pays that kind of money for his car.
