I know this is getting old...

The drive off depreciation is really only a point if you do not plan on keeping the car for any length of time. The 2013 are starting to grow on me. The new taillights are much better than the 2010's. The only thing I will say about that color is that my 67 coupe was painted that color when I bought it. It is now Vintage Burgundy. Have fun "breaking it in" :steer

I like it! I am not a fan of green but it is sharp!

I'm thinking black stripes, kind of in the style of the Boss 302 of old.

If you haven't had the chance you need to go see this color in person. Like the 2011 I camethisclose to buying (that Sluggo did buy), there is a gold layer to the paint that reflects in the right lighting. Other times it just has that "Grabber" type look to it...albeit Mopar in color. It really grows on you.

Nice! I like the clean vent hood too. How did you get the wife to give in on the 6sp vs. auto?

She went way out of character on this one. Not sure why. Maybe figured I was due a break. She practically insisted I get the GT and knew I wanted a stick so didn't say a word about it. She also didn't give me crap about the "project" in the third bay either. Just when you think you have them figured out...

Looks like the Mankini on wheels. :roll
LOL. Never thought of that.

You've got to see it in person as it is not just the pastel color it appears. It's a metallic with subtle color change as it reflects the light. I clay barred it and waxed it up yesterday and under florescent light it looks pretty cool. If the sun ever comes out I will be able to drive it again. :rant

I just can't get past this

And all the negative looks/comments people where giving by the late 70s/early 80s on many of the colors manufactures opted to use and ultimately didn't have 'staying' power.

:roll

I lke it....well I like the Grabber Blue or Grabber Orange better but we need more color on the roads.

Have ya looked at cars on the road. A good 95% are drab earth tones. Greys, blacks, whites, tans, bronze, brown....all boring.

I should know I have 2 black vehicles.

I applaud any real color choice on a new car, mankini even. :steer

Nice car Terry.

If you like owning/driving a car where the color reminds you of a night of binge drinking and then barfing for hours only to realize you threw up your innards and all your friends are laughing at you.

J/K Buddy, that is not a color you see often.

Seeing how long it has been since I have been seen behind the wheel of an operational mustang maybe I wanted to be noticed. Besides, I have never been one who wanted to blend in anyway.

Nice choice but what is your son going to drive (maybe your old car)?
My son joined the Marines a few months ago upon turning 18. Despite opportunities to go on to college and continue his football career he remained steadfast in his commitment to serve. Pretty tough for me to accept but equally hard not to support and be proud. Until he leaves, he will get to drive the new one provided he follows the rules.

@ Horseplay: congrats on the new pony, enjoy! Good luck to your son in the service.

@ Dodgestang: that is one sweet green machine... I dig the old AMX/Javelins.

Saw 4 or 5 chairs of that color today at Carlisle. Here's one with some vinyl..

That's the kind of stripe I was originally thinking but not going that route. Have something more unique in the works.
