Bart are the kits for a specific carb or is it kind of like a generic that works on several ? You should sell that thing easy . I seen somebody just a few days ago looking for one , but it might have been that other place .C5ZF-9510-H Autolite 2100 Service Carb (1965 "C" Code Manual Trans). Cleaned, inspected, "kitted". $125 plus the "ride".
Note: Float set to 25/32". No other adjustments made.
Typically the kits are relatively "generic".... The one I picked up (Amazon) came with pieces and parts to fit many different versions of 2100's and 2150's including gaskets, check balls, e-clips, a #75 power valve, accelerator pump weight and check valve, etc. I had to replace the plastic choke lever that connects the choke shaft to the fast idle cam (the one with the adjusting screw) as it had cracked due to age.Bart are the kits for a specific carb or is it kind of like a generic that works on several ? Get a plastic dishpan, set the carb in the bottom and submerge the shaft(s) in 30% distilled white vinegar (Home Depot, hardware store) for a few hours. Thanks i ask because i have several in the shop from when i cranked that Fairlane after i got it .
