Holley 0-80457S Carb 600 cfm, opinions needed please...

Would this be a good carb for a 302. Found on Craigslist new in box, asking $150.
Engine has a Comp cam XE250h, roller rockers, slightly ported heads (according to PO).

yep. that is what i run on my 302, mild cam, f4b, long tube headers....easy to tune. seems to do the job well. i think i have the brown secondary spring in it....not too sure though
