in the process of dynamating, rewiring and installing Old Air unit, Borgeson power steering, ididit column.

It has gt40 302, c4 (for now), 620 coils, 4.5 leafs with kyb gr2s, front and rear sways, export, subframes, rh torque box, and I will be dropping the a arms and putting roller perches on.
Interior is going to be stock with the exception of tmi sport seats ( parchment w black carpet and dash) and a black lecarra wheel.

Nice looking rig you have there. We have (or will have) the same interior color scheme.

Sweet I like it :) on your dynamating is that preformed? It looks realy good. You are saying you are puting air in it what air unit are you putting in? Your rear sway bar that will be nice.Do you have any pictures of it? I am thinking on doing the same thing with mine.Anyway nice job also loved the little video.Cant wait to see more of your project as it goes forward.

Whoa Kyle, slow down, you're making me look bad getting so much done so fast :10
Car is really coming along, looks like you're taking the time to do it right, good progress.
Look forward to seeing how that black LeCarra wheel looks with that interior.
Jon

I got 3 rolls of b quiet (150 sq ft) and am just rolling it out and cutting it. It isn't pre formed. I should have the entire car done next week.

I have owned this car since 93 and it has almost always been a beater. I'm the most pumped I have ever been about it.

I have to admit, I saw the wheel I got on the 67 Mustang in Vanilla Sky and had to have it. It is replacing a moto lita wood wheel. I think the black leather wheel will match better.

looking goooooood. :coo :coo

Love expeccially the year ..67 and those rims :craz

Keep up the good work.

All I have looked at retain the glove box, but in a smaller size. Old Air uses a factory style hang down where the others use a unit that replaces the heater and has all the unit hidden behind the glove box. Any hang down unit also requires the center console to be modified if you have a full one.

so you have to use a smaller glove box to clear the unit? that sucks. Glad I saw this post (air is on my "to do" list").

Not sure on the 67/8 units. On the '66, the glove box size is cut in about 1/2 from what I see. I do not mind that since it only carries my ins. and reg. All else goes in the trunk. I like the looks of the Vintage Air or Classic Air myself. I like the different style vents so I do not have to modify/replace the console. I am doing a ton of research to decide what to install in the '66.

Craig,

Both the Old Air Products and Classic Air heater/AC boxes retain the original dimension '67-68 glove box.

yeah, I didn't know anything about losing the glovebox, but the guy helping me build my car built a few Eleanors and some of them lost some plastic on the glovebox to make it clear. This one has about two inches to spare with the box closed.
