it's been a few years since I did mine but I'm sure I didn't have any stickers like that. Don't know where they were made.

Hmmmm, bought a set of GAT mideyes and after I installed them, they bowed up. They would not support the weight. I sent them back.

As of 2 years ago, the tooling went overseas. They used to be made here in Calif. You can still get springs made in Calif., they just cost $50 more per set.

Maybe that's what happened, the second set they sent was OK (he said he would send a better quality set) but they didn't charge the difference. I did notice something funny on the India made springs though, it seemed that one end was thicker than the other and after putting the calipers on it there was like a 3/32 of an inch difference. Are they supposed to be like that?

Nope, they should be the same.

I'm not trying to say anything overseas is as good as US stuff but we have had good luck with the Grab-A-Track line of springs since the tooling swap. I believe we only had one return since the change. I am honest with our customers too. If they want US made springs, we get 'em.

Some of the stuff from overseas is OK, some is junk. The deal is to buy up everything on the market and see what is what. I've spent a lot of time and money doing just that.

Mine are 6 or 7 years old now and held up well. The front springs Are new GAT but no issues.
