C'mon Pete, don't stir these guys up--they will actually believe it. You gotta admit it sounds like internet BS. A quick check shows Victoria's pop (approx 62,000) as 45% Hispanic. I doubt local merchants, even redneck ones in TX, are going to turn their back on half their customer base, when they are doing everything they can to survive the national chains.
