Condolences for your loss.
We lost our Shephard Cash a few months ago and were heartbroken, even though we knew the time was coming, due to cancer.
We lasted 3 weeks and then heard about Max, who needed rescuing.
He was a 3 1/2 year old boy, locked in a kennel 23 hours a day.
We wondered if we were being disrespectul to Cash, but the house was empty and we were lost without a Shephard in our life.
Its amazing how they take over your lives and become part of the family.
I will put up a picture of our new best friend in another post.
