We have decided to sell our '66 plus the open car trailer. This is not an add but just an FYI.

We need to do more traveling so our life has to make a few changes. Sell those two, buy either a Focus or Ranger standard shift to tow flat behind the RV, store the '07 Vert while we travel, be in Panama City Oct. thru April and repeat.

Got till April to get this plan working.

I do think I will stick around this site though because it is a blast............

:boohoo :boohoo

That's too bad. I love that car you've got. Hoping I'd get to see it some day.

You sure you don't want to just switch to a T-5 ;)

I understand why you gotta do it...just sorry to hear it.

Best of luck to you and your wife in this next great adventure! :) And yes, you better stick around!

We have discussed the heck out of which way to go and what vehicle to go with. I really wish I could do the classic but towing a trailer or dolly is just a pain so it must go.

There is a way to see this car forever if you act now.............. :naug

That's a tough call Pete, it would be very hard for me to sell my 66. Hope you end up enjoying life the way you want and I suppose.....you'll still be welcome here!

You could always tow the '66 to car shows all across the country, stop off in cities across the US and help members get their cars on the road....Atlanta isn't to far from Panama City... Or you could head out to the left coast, pick up a pile of perches from ORP, deliver and install.....

There lies the problem............towing would be a trailer..........

PETE !! :wtf Do you realize that if you sell the 66, you MIGHT acquire a personal life again? Are you sure you want that?

That may be true but once this happens, watch your mirrors for this.....

as I might have a problem latching on to Mustangs......

Wow, a tough decision, I'm sure! Keep us posted on how it goes, and definitely stick around after it sells. I'll be real curious to see what you can get for the '66. I've been contemplating, off and on, my '66 for a couple years now, but just don't think I can get enough out of it to make it worthwhile.

I sold my last '66 Coupe in Az., Jan.'08, for 17,500 I believe I was lucky. This one is priced lower.......

Turn it into a 'Mustang Tour', post a general itenerary of what state you'll be in or driving through and have a local member meet you, take a pic driving their car and post it each month....
When my car is back on the road I intend to take pics with my car in different states as I travel for work and drive a lot.

What about 'da trike?

Will possibly build a rack to carry it or just leave it here to ride thru the winter. I have been thinking of a rack on the front of the RV....

:ide Tow it on it's wheels, behind whatever car you get. So you'll have an RV, pulling a car, pulling a trike. :ide

What?

Now that would be something to see..........although many states allow doubles, I somehow think I might have a problem.....
