I have always had trouble recognizing original floor pans from ones that have been tampered with..anyone have a nice tutorial they can show me on this to help me along....67/68 and 69.70 floor pans...thanks

Not sure myself, but on the same thought what are the differences between the Dynacorn 68 and 70 pans?
I can get a smoking deal on a 68 full floor pan for my 70 will it fit, what are the differences?

I think Dynacorn has the pans for the 69/70 now that omit the drain holes in the front floor area. ???

When we are replacing the full floor on a 67-68 and we are installing a Tremec tranny we use the 69-70 floor because the shifter opening is longer in it,so we don't have to modify it. They also eliminated 2 of the drain holes. We also use the 69-70 seat risers with our headliner to give the customer a extra 4 inches of head room.

Now that is a great tip! When you say "Shifter opening is longer" do you mean the hole is a different shape (Rectangle) or that it is located further back in the pan?
Do you feel the 69-70 floor tunnel is larger to accept the Tremec? Do you think this logic would benefit a 65/66 car?

The shifter opening is in the same location and is the same shape but is just longer, so we don't have to notch it out for the tremec. Yes you should be able to do the same thing for the 65-66 model. But don't tell anyone it's a trade secret LOL.

Sportroof risers, right? Just so no one goes out an buys the coupe/vert risers thinking they are the same. Pretty sure they are different.
