I thought it was a Chevy under that cover.

That's the beauty of this part, Mike. It is so nice it will make your Chevy look like a Ford!

I have to applaud John for this one, pure brilliance, hide/disguise your Mustang as a Chevy to get people to leave it alone.... Genius

I have kbmwrs to thank for that little escapade ... while I was out of town. I don't think it's just coincidence that Mike stuck that Chebby bow-tie on the car and it started leaking power steering fluid. Mike made the car THINK it was a Chevy, so it started ACTING like one.

I like that grille mask because it makes the area look real clean. It should have come the factory that way. Does it have any affect on the cooling? Better? Worse?

An added benefit to this mod is that most of the lifting force being done by ram air to the hood is now gone.

I always worry about that damn barn door of a hood flying up at speed.

I have one like that Ebay one in my garage. Spent a whole day fitting it. Then I stepped back and looked at it, puked and took it back off. Those ABS ones are total garbage. They don't fit and they look like shit.

That's what I was afraid of. I didn't really like the looks of the plastic one either.
