Driver's window crank..el.morto

I know Mike isn't interested but for any reading this thread the Nu-Relic stuff is top quality. Night and day vs. anything else I have ever seen. Have them in my mustang and F1.
That is what I am looking at for the Bronco. I think I am going with the switches that work off the old window cranks, not sure I want modern switches in it. But the jury is still out!

If you go that route think about making your own or at least see what else is out there. I know Nu-Relics has some but they like to get top dollar ($300). It's just a couple basic microswitches you can get for a few bucks if you can make your own bracketry to make it all work. Lots of places have similar to the Nu-Relics pieces for $150. I saw saw something on E-Bay for more like $80. Look around. Its not rocket science.

Thanks, I haven't start pricing it yet, I am still months away from putting the body back together. I will look around at what you have suggested.

New Driver's regulator installed and works!
Ken suggested some sound deadening material. Had to wait a while for delivery of proper sound deadening mat. I bought the wrong stuff first then went back to the brand I did the interior with.
It was a pain trying to install. Like a puzzle. Another pain was clipping the door panel back on. Those clips just eat up the cardboard panel if not in just the right position.

I had a 2x4 holding the window while I did the Second Skin. I knocked the wood out a couple times guillotining my thumb and then my arm.
When installing the regulator I taped the window up.

I forgot to give you that sound deadening when you were at the house last week. Well worth the hassle as it quiets up the door quite a bit.
