I got my badge but I would have donated more if there was a way to select a different amount. Perhaps you could add a feature to up the donation?
 
I don't recall donating. Maybe I did years ago? But I seemed to have gotten a "donator" tag. Not sure I deserved it so I had to go donate for certain. Now I'm good. :)

My screen was a little different. I tried to change the $5 and could not. Perhaps because I used a credit card and not a paypal account I got a different screen? I never saw a one time or monthly option. I had a hard time even finding the donation page. I got to it from "upgrade my account"
