2) She's thinking that Dad is such a simpleton he'll get a kick for hours out of this, posting it to his idiot online friends.
edit: I remember driving with the parents way back when, on vacation, and the car turned 100,000. It was a big deal.

Matter of fact, my wife was driving it when it got a few miles away from that, parked it in the driveway and refused to drive it anymore until I rolled it over the 100k mark. She told me she knew I'd be ticked off if I wasn't the one driving it when it went over.
