For some reason it was only showing up for Admins (not even mods could see it) for a while.
A little tweaking and smacking the server around a little bit, and everything started working.
Enjoy.
If you don't like ShoutBox, click the minimize button and it will not show up for you. Good luck!

Jeremy found a bug in the ShoutBox yesterday. If you were in IE, typed a shout, and hit "Enter" it wouldn't go. Hitting the button worked fine, but the natural mashing of Enter got your shout lost to the wind.
I dug in and figured out what was going on there, and have fixed that problem.
If anyone sees any other problems, please let me know and I'll work on it.
Right now I notice that in FireFox, the TextBox and Button don't line up very well, and I plan to fix that when I get a break at work.
