Buffalo Chicken Dip

We've been making this one for years now and people go crazy for it.

5 chicken breasts (you can sub in canned white meat- not my taste- or use rotisserie chickens)
we boil the breasts then shred the meat.
Add 1 12oz bottle of Franks
spread it out in a 13x9 baking dish

Melt 2 packages of cream cheese and 1 bottle of ranch dressing. (you can add Blue cheese crumbles or split the dressing if you like)
1/2 cup fine chopped celery
mix this and pour over the chicken
bake at 375 for 20 minutes

take 1 package Monterey Jack and 1 Colby cheese and spread over mix and bake uncovered for another 20 minutes. No longer because it starts to harden the cheese.

let cool until it firms and serve with Tostito scoops, or any good cracker.
