Are people that crazy?

Hey, if you don't want my money...

KIDDING! I never got the whole signature on the car thing myself. Why would someone put in all that effort and time and money to polish every last nut or screw on their car only to hand some guy a marker and ask him to scribble on it?!

My dad had one signed by Shelby and gave it to me. It's outside in the garage waiting for me to get off my butt and do some work.

My dad knew that I love the Cobra, and thus have always liked Shelby, and thought I'd enjoy having a glove box. COnsidering how much it set him back, I wouldn't have encouraged him to spend so much money....but I really appreciate it and it means a lot to me that he went through all that for me.

Mine will not be on ebay.

I just found what I want for Christmas... a glove box signed by shelby! Looks like I'm going to have to do some brown nosing on the hubby.
Ok so it's a little pricey for a glove box with a signature but damnit I still want it. Especially since my daughters name is Shelby. :roll

WITH would you want someone's autograph on a car YOU built? If the man himself built the car, maybe, but then again you wouldn't need his signature cause HE already built it.

What a waste of money...IMO.

I didn't build my car. The ford factory did in 1966. I'm just changing a few things. lol

Why do people pay $200 for a drawn picture of their car signed by the artist? Why don't you just draw your own car? :nut Its just something neat to have is why!

If I had an item like a glove box door signed by Carol...it would be hanging on the wall not riding around in the car getting subjected to possible sun damage and / or theft.

It would be $100 cheaper to get him to sign a picture or die cast model car.

I'm gonna get a white sharpie and sign my name on my glove box. I wonder what THAT will bring in 50 years?

Maybe I'll sign my engine too[nb]is that sarcasm or irony?[/nb]

You will run out of ink signing your engines......

LOL!

Seriously though...if a car is not a Shelby car or at least a good Shelby clone it would just look out of place to have a glove box signed by him.

Why not just dip your ear(s) in paint and leave an ear mark on the items? :Mark

Wow, $335 for that door. :wtf

Yeah, he saved $3 and a few weeks turnaround getting the same thing himself directly from the man. And when the man croaks, I bet its worth twice as much.
