Anyone in northern Californias tornado paths today?

Yeah. I was in Lincoln, CA when the twister struck. I was sitting on the john thinking what an ignominious way that would be to die. :hide I could see the headlines. "The victim was found in the middle of a field where the tornado had left him with no pants, clutching a Mustang catalog." The wind sounded pretty strong, but I didn't see any funnel clouds or other examples of tornadic activity. Scared the crap out of my dog, though. She's a big (75 lbs) Husky/Wolf cross without a brave bone in her body. She was cowering at the bathroom door when I emerged, unscathed.

You have to love those newsies. They pump every story for all it's worth. I'm still looking for any sign of wreckage from flight M370 in the pond across the street from my house. :pop

Tornadoes are bad news! Swmbo and I got hit by an F4 three years ago this April. Big mess. On my 71 acres, there isn't a tree left over about 6" diameter. Real fun having the house tore up to hell too. I'm really enjoying the titanium plate in my neck too...NOT! :rant Keep those M*ther Fu*#ers far away from me! :guns

I did not even know they had tornadoes in California? :hide

They were up in Willows, CA which is way north of the Bay Area. But because of what I'll be eating tonight, I'm sure I'll be making my own tornado, in the johnny.

Can't speak to the storm in Willows, but the Roseville story is a bunch of media hype. The exact area where it touched down is about 2 miles to the north of our house. I happened to be in the area today and drove around some. Didn't see a thing. Now I believe the reports that about a dozen homes were damaged, but you shouldn't get the idea that homes were torn apart. We're talking about a few roof tiles blown off and a couple immature trees blown over.

Ha! And I had no idea anybody even noticed me here.

My wife and I moved to Roseville 10 years ago. Wife is from Marin County and I'm from the Fresno area. We used to live one subdivision from JohnPro and had dinner with John and Tracey a few times back in the day. We're both Realtors and I was in the area of the "Tornado" putting a flyer box on a recently installed sign.
