Anyone have a Mazda 3 like a 2006-8?

If so, I need a measurment from the ground to the bottom of the plate (with 3 bolts) on the strut while sitting ln level ground. I know its a strange request but..........I really need to know.
 
My son has a '09 Speed 3 that's lowered, so that won't help. Have you tried your local Mazda dealer, used car department?
 
Local is like 50-65 miles away. I was able to spot one in town that I know the person that owns it. I'm gonna try to get a measurment Monday. Thanks.
