All of my insulation was added before the sheeting, so you are probably stuck with spray in. My building is very tight, so far no rodents have found their way in, exterior and interior walls are finished off top and bottom! Having zero windows and zero daylight inside keeps the spider population down to zero, they need something to feed off of. So far the only thing that seems to get in is a handful of roaches, but those guys can get anywhere.
