Anybody coming to the Virginia Beach MCA National?

MCA National show in Virginia Beach 13-15 August. Its at the Pembroke Mall, about 8 miles from my house. Curious if anybody here is coming.

I really wanted to have my car together in time for this show, but I'm not going to rush it. So I'll have to be a gawker like everybody else.
 
While it's very close, no, not me.

We have a trip to the DelMarVa bike rally in Ocean city planned for mid Sep.... then Gabby needs to be in Va Beach a week later to babysit a friends daughter who is flying in for a wedding.... and then two weeks later we have MBBIII down in South Carolina. After that stupid San Diego wedding trip last month I'm trying to save up some beer drinking money and squeezing in one more "event" would be tough.
 
Send me a first class plane ticket and I'll attend

What? Forget it and keep working on the Mustang?

Just got home from the GN one in Washington and had a great time. Saw lots of nice cars and met a ton of good people. Highly recommend it.

I'm definitely going to have to meet you Charles to at least shake your hand and thank you in person for all the help and advice over the years.
 
I'll be there with the family for vacation but it will be too early for the show. We're planning to leave the 2nd of Aug. for a 4 or 5 day stay on the beach. If I had known about it soon enough I would've tried to time it better so I could attend the show.
