I have an interesting connection to that image all kidding aside. My cousin Phil Brown and his friend Mikio (Grateful Dead adjacent etc) did/do artwork for Liquid Blue under their own names and under a more recent brand Freaktopia. Anyway, cool to see!

Sad to hear. I always considered your admin title/position as one of honor as much as anything. You helped bring the VMF up from the very beginning. Hang in there.

In the course of my conversations with him I came to very much suspect Special K to be a blowhard consultant who BS'd his way into a contract. At some point someone will start realizing all those results he promised aren't actually materializing and he will be forced to skip merrily away onto the next job. Without a care. Or I could be wrong, it happens. Doesn't matter.
 
He, as I and MANY others have pointed out, is ground zero for all of the shite that has occurred recently on there. I’ve read BBB Vertical Scope complaints and issues like he has caused, as well as other sources and wonder how much of those strewn all over the place are attributed to him.

Ill start migrating this way as well....hopefully we can get it as busy as VMF so I dont miss that place :)

@Russstang , I started a very innocuous thread, explaining that I didn't want to stir the pot, only let others know where to find you and that the site is going through changes that we are all aware of and that only God can control you, not someone behind a monitor and keyboard. It was getting a lot of traction and people are registering here and then BAM!!

Well I’m predictable if anything. I said I have a problem keeping my mouth shut and Special K came back with another page long rant. I did what they state you should do if you have an issue and PMed him telling him I thought he was a piece of shite and if he had something to say to me say it to my face. Ban immediately followed so no safety in a PM. Over a quarter century on there and killed by one man. I knew it was coming and did a quick “See ya, good luck” post on the General Forum before I confronted him but I’m sure he deleted that too. I think I’ll download my build thread info and then see if someone can delete all my info ala Woodchuck. Washing my hands of the whole thing.

Yeah he is deleting whole threads associated with you....I know the See Ya,Good Luck was deleted..Rusty sees the writing on the wall and I have been conversing all morning with him.

He is an angry old man with a narcissistic personality that rivals Trump ;)

I'm not surprised. I kind of disliked to go down without a fight so to speak, but I figured him to be the vindictive kind and if I wanted to at least keep a toe in the water I pretty well had to keep my peace. Pretty sure that at least for a while management was following every post I made.

Hey! I was hoping you all had accounts here too. I'll be visiting more now as the post count and activity will rise.

Just glad my login still works as I floated in from time to time. Now I can continue to follow y'alls builds and daily idiocracy.

How do I find what email address my account is linked to, to update if needed? It was different (bellsouth) when I first joined here (comcast now) and it's not my login username.

Since many previous mods are here, can/ do they monitor PM's at VMF?
I'd like to send a PM with StangFix to PittBull to make sure he knows where everyone went and might join.

Yes, we already have our quote of whiny attitude people here ( {.}) The bad news about joining this site is we just simply do not have the energy to ban anyone. We would rather have a great discussion/argument over a beer than try to ban someone for their thoughts. Would really love to see this new stream of folks liven this place up. Just don't fee the gremlin (KBMWRS) after midnight!
