The NorCal dude from Belgium
I am putting on my hood and fenders after I had align the doors.
Its pretty good accept at the cowl , the gaps at the cowl/fenders are not equal left to right. :po
Should I go for it to have it even or should I let it this way so the rest line up very well. :sur
Your opinion please.Thx.

Differents between LH and RH gap is 1 millimeter = 0.0393700787 inch

Bruno, Ford didn't even get them THAT close!!

Go with it, as-is.

Bruno,
Are you using your woodly doodly to measure the gap again? :lol

1mm? That's not enough to even talk about.

Well , i don't know but i am used to work on mercedes and actually , i don't know what to expect of how a concour correct mustang looks like.
I need to come over to the states and have a look at concour correct cars so i have an idea.

You mean people use something besides great stuff for filler?? :eek:mg :eek:mg

I like to fill all hollow cavities on my car with it for rust prevention. Damn shame I can't roll my windows up and down anymore, but man what a solid THWACK when I shut the door!

Tommorrow i gonna put some pics here so you can judge.

Bragging ? NO !! :scar

European ? YES :craz

I always try to do things 100% , its my nature. :wm?

Sooooo....if you are trying for 100% concours, you need to slap it together half arssed like Ford did and call it good. :lol

Hey Bruno, I'd say your good to go. 1 mm is microscopic to us here in the good ole U S of A. Keep on truckin big daddy!
